Solar Foods is tapping the power of the sun to revolutionize food manufacturing in Sudan. Founded in 2017 by Alaa Salih Hamadto, a recent Forty Under 40 Africa Award honoree, Solar Foods designs its own solar dryers to process its clean label dried herbs, spices, vegetables, and meat.
